Why is my account visible but not tradable?
An account may be visible but not tradable when:
You used the investor password
The market is closed
The account is inactive
The account has been disabled
The account has reached a restriction
The selected instrument is unavailable
Trading permissions have not yet been activated
Confirm that you are using the trading password and review the account status in your dashboard.
