What documents are required for verification?
1. Proof of Identity
Submit one valid government-issued document:
Passport
National ID card
Driver's license
Requirements: Document must be valid (not expired), image must be clear and fully readable, and all details must match your account information.
2. Proof of Address
Submit one of the following:
Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, etc.)
Bank statement (must include the institution's logo)
Important: Documents must be issued within the last 3 months. Phone and internet bills are not accepted.
File upload guidelines
Images (PNG or JPEG) should be under 2 MB
Bank statements may be required in PDF format
Make sure all files are high quality and clearly visible
