Step-by-step account verification
Before you start
Make sure your profile information is complete and accurate, including: Full name, Address, City, and Postal code. Your documents must match your profile details exactly.
Open "Verify Account" — Log in to your dashboard and select Verify Account.
Go to the KYC section — Navigate to the KYC section inside your profile.
Start the verification process — Click Upgrade to begin uploading your documents.
Upload required documents — Submit all requested documents following the on-screen instructions.
Submit your verification — Once all documents are uploaded, confirm your submission and click Complete Process.
Our compliance team will review your documents and notify you once your verification is complete.
