I made a mistake on my withdrawal request — what should I do?
If your withdrawal hasn't been processed yet, you can cancel it directly from your account.
Go to History → Financial Transactions.
Find your withdrawal request and check its current status.
Click the cancel icon next to the transaction.
Confirm the action when prompted.
Once canceled, the funds will be returned to your E-Wallet.
Important: You can only cancel a withdrawal before it is processed. Once funds are sent to the blockchain, the transaction cannot be reversed.
