How do I withdraw funds?
Withdrawing funds from FHX Markets is a 2-step process:
Step 1 — Transfer funds to your E-Wallet
Go to the Internal Transfer section from your dashboard.
Select the trading account that holds the funds you want to withdraw.
Confirm the transfer. Your funds will appear in your E-Wallet.
Step 2 — Withdraw to your external wallet
Go to E-Wallet → Withdrawal.
Choose your preferred cryptocurrency and network.
Enter your withdrawal amount and external wallet address.
Enter your 2FA code and click Complete to submit.
What happens next?
You'll receive an email confirmation.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 business hours (GMT+0).
Important: 2FA must be enabled before making a withdrawal. Incorrect network or address may result in loss of funds.
