How do I activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Why is 2FA important?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your FHX Markets account by requiring a time-based verification code in addition to your password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access — even if your password is compromised.
Before you begin
You'll need an authenticator app such as:
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
Authy
How to enable 2FA
Go to Account Settings — Log in to your FHX Markets dashboard and navigate to the Account section.
Enable 2FA — Turn on the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) option. A confirmation prompt will appear.
Scan the QR code — Use your authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on your screen.
Enter verification code — Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app to confirm activation.
Confirmation — Once completed, your account will show that 2FA is active.
You can also enable email verification in your account settings for an added layer of protection.
